In 1997, Charlie took his camcorder along on a trip to Jack Ridgeway's mining claims
near Gold Field, NV.  Jack walks Charlie around and explains the things miners
are interested in seeing.  The best comes when we see the actual smelting process
using Jack's homemade equipment.  Shot on VHS this a rare view into a miners
process that is rarely seen.
